Jo Beckett, Artisan of the Waikato
Jo Beckett is a passionate clay artist who has dedicated her craft to capturing the essence of New Zealand's natural beauty. With a Diploma in Craft and Design majoring in Clay earned in 1992, she brings over 30 years of experience to her studio nestled in Cambridge.


Working primarily with clay, Jo Beckett creates captivating garden art and sculptural pieces that celebrate the rich tapestry of Aotearoa's native flora and fauna. From the delicate curves of a koru frond to the textured majesty of a pohutukawa bloom, her work infuses everyday spaces with a touch of the extraordinary.
